I was born in New York City and raised in Sands Point on Long Island, where I developed an early appreciation for excellence, discipline, and service. Before entering the culinary world, I served as a paramedic in New York City—a role that shaped my ability to remain calm under pressure, make decisive judgments, and care deeply for the people I serve. After the events of 9/11, I relocated to Florida, but later returned to New York to care for my father during his illness. Following his passing, I pursued my lifelong passion for food and hospitality by attending the French Culinary Institute, now known as the International Culinary Center, in New York City.
My culinary career afforded me the opportunity to train in some of the world’s most respected kitchens, including multiple two- and three-star Michelin-rated restaurants. I worked under legendary chefs such as Masa Takayama and Jean-Georges Vongerichten in New York City.
While I will always be a New Yorker at heart, Florida ultimately called me back where I continued my training under chefs such as Daniel Boulud in Palm Beach, and Michael Schwartz in Miami. Eventually I settled in southwest Florida where I have resided for over 15 years, and Naples is proudly my home. Over the years, I have cooked in many of the area’s most distinguished private residences, earning the trust of high-net-worth homeowners and discerning clientele who value discretion, presentation, and flawless execution. Through these relationships, I developed an insider’s understanding of Naples’ luxury market and cultivated a select network within the region’s most exclusive circles.
Today, I bring the same artistry, precision, and attention to detail that defined my culinary career to luxury real estate. Known as The Culinary Closer, I approach every showing, negotiation, and closing with the mindset of a chef’s table—curated, intentional, and seamlessly executed. For me, real estate is not simply a transaction, but an experience worth savoring.
In addition to my professional work, I am deeply committed to service and community involvement. I proudly serve as the Regional Feeding Director for the American Red Cross and remain actively involved in volunteer efforts throughout Southwest Florida.
